About Talpin Group

Businesses need better operating systems, not more software.

Talpin Group redesigns how marketing works inside growing businesses, then applies AI and automation to the system we've built with you.

The Founder

From doing the marketing to building the system.

I didn't start Talpin Group to sell marketing. I started it because I kept watching good marketing fall apart.

For five years I worked across branding, content and strategy for businesses in a lot of different industries. That work earned me Top Rated status on Upwork, and it gave me a front row seat to the same problem, over and over: the businesses I helped rarely had a marketing problem. They had an operations problem.

The ideas were there. The talent was there. But execution depended on someone remembering to do it. Campaigns lived in one person's head, tools didn't talk to each other, and the moment attention drifted, everything stalled.

Eventually the lesson landed: the answer was never more content or more effort. It was the system underneath the work. That is why I built Talpin Group: to give growing businesses a marketing operating system they own, where automation handles the repetitive, AI is used only where it earns its place, and people are freed to do the work that genuinely needs them.

Mission

Help growing businesses build marketing systems that scale.

Marketing breaks at the point where the business grows faster than the way marketing is run. Our job is to rebuild that operating model before it becomes the constraint on growth.

Vision

Intelligent marketing operations where people, AI and automation work together seamlessly.

Not AI instead of a team, and not a team drowning in manual work. A single operating model where each part does what it is genuinely best at.

Core Principles

Five principles we don't negotiate on.

They decide what we recommend, what we refuse to build, and the order we do things in.

  • Operations before technology

The workflow decides the tool. Never the other way around.

  • Simplicity over complexity

A simple system your team follows beats a sophisticated one they route around.

  • AI should support people, not replace them

We automate the repetitive middle so your team can do the work that needs judgement.

  • Systems create consistency

Quality that depends on who is available that week is not quality. It's luck.

  • Continuous improvement

A marketing system is never finished. It gets measured, refined and extended.

Who We Work With

Founder-led businesses at the point marketing stops scaling.

Usually somewhere between the first marketing hire and the first marketing team, when there are enough people and tools to be complicated, but not enough process to be reliable.

You've outgrown improvisation

Marketing still works, but only because a few people hold it together in their heads.

You've bought tools that didn't fix it

The stack grew. The bottleneck didn't move. Something underneath the tools is the problem.

You want AI done properly

Not experiments in a side tool, AI built into the workflow, with people still in control of what ships.

Let's look at how your marketing actually runs.

A discovery call is a conversation about your workflow, not a sales pitch. You'll leave with a clearer picture either way.
